I don't think Michelin's reputation at Indy is the best.... Personally, now that it is confirmed that Firestone is leaving, I hope Goodyear or BFGoodrich, maybe even both, step in.
Michelin went to the USGP with the wrong tires. The issue wasn't whether they could make the right tires, It was that they where not prepared in supply the correct tires. This was a huge blunder on their part. They do on the other hand, have the ability to make a great tire.
