The book is no. 4 in the Speed & Stance series, which are low-cost pictorial books with lots of detail shots. The books are 11 inches square format, but are thin -- only about 32 pages. Offy-powered roadsters of the late 50's-early 60'sran the exhaust on the left side. Evidently the engine could be configured either way (check out Smokey's 1964 capsule car, which has the exhaust on the right) and as Parnelli (and probably others) proved, having the exhaust pipe on the same side as the fuel cap is a major fire hazard.
