Okay Track Forum family...one of our own needs our help

Jamski has had some unfortunate medical setbacks that will result in significant medical bills. I believe that we are a family here and family takes care of each other when one needs help. Remember, "There but for the grace of God go I". It could happen to any of us.

A GoFundMe account has been established to help Jim through his tough times. Please give what you can.

I love you all. I don’t know what else I can say. Words truly fail me. But I love you, all of you, and I know I am speaking for Shell and Peej too.

We need to do this ladies and gentlemen!!!
I just takes a card and a little time.
    Do it for Jamski.
    Do it for his fmaily.
    Do it for karma.
    Do it for whirled peas.

You can use your TF name.
    You can be anonymous.
If you don't do it you will regret it. Maybe not now, but soon, and for the rest of your life.
I look forward to seeing more names I recognize on the donor list.

I wish people would stop and think how they would like others to respond to them in a similar situation.
The outpouring of love is... is.... I cannot decide on the right word.
    But just give.
    Please people.
    Please.

There are relatively few times when there is no question possible about what is right.

This is one of those times.

    All the best.

Thanks AKH...it comes at a good time too.

I cannot say enough how much this has meant to us. It has been a blessing in more ways than I can mention.

Funny how the omission of a single letter (k) can totally change a name.

    Thanks akh.

No problem, not the first (or last) time I've been called that.

Hope you're feeling better and glad to help in a small way.

    There is no small way.

And like I said, it comes at a good time. The big crises have, thankfully, passed, but we deal with a myriad of small ones weekly now.

I would, if I may, take a moment to thank everyone on behalf of Shell and PJ and myself. These past 18 months have been probably the worst of my life health wise and other issues put us dangerously close to a pit, so to speak.

To our dear friends Truth Detector and Slim and Numby and everyone who has organized, given, prayed, even spared a thought for us over the past couple of months. Our hearts have been truly lifted by this. Would that I could thank you all individually! Not a day goes by that I do not think of you all and say a silent thanks for your gifts to a stranger.

The brightest of blessings to all of you, and may we all have a wonderful, happy May. It is, after all, what brought most of us here in the first place.

Medical bills don't magically go away, in fact, I think they multiply. Jim doesn't get to work at the racetrack for the month of August and
that puts a dent in the family finances. He's probably going to wring my neck for telling you all this, but I don't care. He could use a little
    help from his friends.

TF family, you all were great last time but the needs are still there. Please remember to kick in if you can.
