    Awesome!! Those bring back some great memories!! My father had an old GMC pie wagon he used for his painting business and he would back into the fourth turn against the fence and we would stand on the top and watch, just like the folks in the first couple of pics. Great memories!! You are quite right, nothing some some home grown pictures to capture the 'heart' of the moment!

    That's a very good way to describe it.

    The heart of the moment.

    I wish I took more pictures of stuff not on track back in the day.

    Lots of my photos are from tracks that are long gone and it would be cool to have some pics of the rest of the facility.

    But that's not something you think of in the moment and you didn't have unlimited shots back then so why would you take pictures of the snack bar or of people just wandering around behind the stands.

    Heart of the moment things.
