    SouthWest Airlines Question

Anyone here flown SouthWest since the new boarding procedures have been in place? Is it difficult? Any advice would be appreciated. Leaving early tomorrow morning.

I have. Get online and reserve your spot in line by checking in 24 hours in advance. You don't necessarily have to print your boarding pass at the same time (though you can if you want to). You can print the boarding pass when you get to the airport and check your bags, etc.

If you don't get online as soon as possible, you could end up at the end of group C, and that's no fun if it's a full flight.

The thing I hate about this system is that your flight out isn't much of a problem because you'll probably be at home or at work with easy internet access 24 hours before your flight. But then when you get where you're going you'll be in business meetings or on vacation, or whatever, and getting online can be a pain or you could completely forget about it.

All of that said, it's not terribly difficult and most of the time you can't beat the prices.
