We will not see it this early in our life time - the next time it falls this early is over 200 years away.

May the meaning and sacrifice not be forgotten in our lifetime either.

It's been a very meaningful Lenten season for our parish family. Holy Thursday Mass was outstanding and our Good Friday service was very powerful this afternoon. Looking forward to the Easter Vigil service tomorrow.

    Happy Easter to all.

I hope you have a great Vigil tonight, and that it's very long!

The Vigil has meant a lot to me since I joined the Church 23 years ago. It's a long Mass but it is so rich in tradition and meaning we don't like to miss it. We really enjoy watching the new members join the Church that evening.

I feel if I can sit for hours on end at IMS to watch cars, I can give God a couple of hours during the Easter Vigil!

    ...and to you as well.
My first Indy 500 was 1973, haven't missed one since 1981. To date I have attended 36 Indy 500's, and probably 100 or so other IndyCar races (CART & IRL).

Exactly as I feel, Dave!! It's always great to welcome the neophytes!
