I have a question about wing angles. I know the league mandates rear wing angles at all venues except for Indy. What about front wings though? Are they limited in any way? What kind of range do the teams have available and what kind of front wing angles are they running at Indy, and at the other speedway ovals?

At Indy, what rear wing angles are the top teams running compared to the slow teams?

Does anyone know what the mandated wing angles are at the other tracks? I know it seems to change a little bit from year to year, so what about last year?
