Some fans claim one series or another runs "real race cars." What's everybody else running, fake race cars?

PDM Racing will probably have another go
For the record, I never had a problem with CART in 1995. Its when they turned beligerant twards IMS and their fans for supporting the IRL that turned me off them.

They merged with another FIL team and are now caled American Spirit Racing. I'll have to look for a link, but I know I can find it.

you forgot Davy Hamilton (word is he will take his HP sponsor to Roth)

I don't think John Andretti will be with AGR but on Dave Wilson's show in Indy he keeps saying that he's close to announcing a deal. I can see that being with either Panther, Vision or Foyt.

    3rd Conquest car? that's new

I believe this is correct, PDM and American Spirit are the same.

    Here's a link from Speed's website

I don't expect Ms. Allemann to be driving the ICS car. The last sentence makes the car sound like a done deal.

Cavin said something about Domonguez running Indy with an old CC team and Conquest has registered a third number with the ICS. It's an ecucated guess.

On Panther's Q & A page, they said that Panther will indeed have a 2nd car in the 500 with the number being #83.....

Sorry for the scattershot nature of the info. I've been busy recently.

83 is just a tweek of 33, I suspect that this is John Andretti, he ran #33 the last two times he ran Indy (1994 & 2007)

No rumors to that effect yet, unfortunately. It's just not May without a Lazier.

Hemelgarn - CR Crews (I talked to him last year at Bloomington Speedway the night before bump day... he was supposed to be in the Racing Professionals Car, which was later partnered with Hemelgarn Racing, that Jon Herb crashed "a backup" but the next day he didnt go out....

Maybe that is where most people are hearing the CR Crews talk...

Cool, I like adding the numbers.

    For your blanks and ?.

Milka will be #23 at Indy
    Alex Lloyd #16
    Sarah Fisher #67
    Max Papis #44
Roger Yasukawa will be #77 at Motegi
#22 for Townsend Bell is a logical guess, but I could be way off
#12 for Tomas Scheckter is a logical guess (this was the LDR number last year and no one else is using it)

This is just a thought, what if PT drove car #03 at Indy? I don't really care for the 0x numbers but I think that would fit him well and it would be like he's the anti-Helio.
