    SICK SICK SICK!!!

I know this probably isn't representative of the typical Obamaniac, but it does make you wonder how many people actually believe this.

Liberals, PLEASE check in on this. I'm dying to hear what you have to say.

I did not watch it because I I am sick of the exceptions.
But here are fringe elements in all camps.
Those that say both are the be all and end all.
Those that say both are the end of democracy as we know it.
This country is more than strong enough to survive whomever we elect.

I can't know for sure, but my instincts tell me it doesn't.

Although a lot of posters here make the leap of faith to support Obama beyond all reason, none of them appear to have ever come close to saying something like this.

However, it could very well be the prevelant thinking among the lower and uneducated classes. But I don't have enough contact with that demographic to say that.

There were similar comments at a Lebron James/Jay-Z concert to get out the vote for Obama this past Wednesday eveing in Cleveland....some saying they were voting for Obama because of 'spreading the wealth', indicating they they wanted theirs. Unbelievable.

Probably as disturbing as the 'N' word being thrown out by Jay-Z during the evening several times, along with blatantly sexist and disgusting lyrics being 'sung' to the 'family audience'.

I'm sure Jay-Z made Obama proud.

...what disturbs me is Obama must know this kind of crap is happening at these functions.

I believe his comment to the NAACP was "I will take care of you", which some followers might take to mean what this lady believes.

Yes, that appears to be what she's saying. Thanks for the clarification.

Although it mitigates some of the meaning, it's still RIDICULOUS thinking.

How on earth is Obama going to change these things for her?

    This is what she said:

I never thought this day would happen. I won’t have to work on puttin’ gas in my car. I won’t have to work at payin’ my mortgage.

You know. If I help him [Obama], he’s gonna help me.

She feels she will have a President on her side....not one who is totally in the tank of 'Big Oil' & the multinationals.

She is tired of a President who says, [very close paraphrase from a $1g per plate fund raiser "....here we have the 'haves' & the 'have mores'. Some might call you wealthy, I call you my base." [big laugh & applause] GW Bush

Doesn't make it much better though.
