    Plumbers tape
    Watched my neighbor try to pull down a tree limb with an extension cord a while back. I made his kids and anyone else around get out of the yard.
    Had it tied to a Ranger truck back bumper, and when he drove down the alley, that thing broke and whipped all over. Tried to tell him it had no tensile strength, but he was an Architect and knew more than I did.
    That orange cord hung there all winter until the tree guys came and took the limb down.

    There was a story in today's Chicago Sun-Times. A passenger on an airplane became unrully. She hit a flight attendant and was pulling the hair of another passenger. Leg restraints kept slipping off. So, the crew secured her in her seat with duct tape.
