Here's the part that caught my attention:

"Chili Bowl on TV: Portions of the 23rd Annual Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Midget Nationals presented by General Tire will be broadcast on SPEED TV on a one-week tape-delayed basis on Saturday night, January 24. Additional details will be available soon."

It might not be live but it's still a great way to spend a cold January night.

The notice about it being on SPEED a week later doesn't back up info that was on the ARDC's message board about it not being on PPV, but on SPEED - live - per the link to this:

Guess we'll have to wait & see. I believe the Chili Bowl is the same night as the indoor races at Atlantic City.
