    Sure. Miller would spin anything as a "power play" regardless of the reasons.

    But it's still big news. And even if TG did request the change, I would be quite surprised if there wasn't some dissent on what projects had been getting the investments. There always is dissent on any board. Or most of them. That's what boards are for, to hash things out, make sure sound decisions are made.

    Bet the "why" is because of the direction of open wheel, the money being pumped into the IRL, the lack of ticket sales for the BY 400, and voting is easy.

    The what will happen next is more complicated.
