I was about to ask...WCNC-TV, the Observer's news partner, is reporting that Waltrip underwent a field sobriety test after the wreck but passed the test. His alcohol blood level was below the .08 legal limit in North Carolina.
Made a U-turn in front of a motorcycle? The man is a menace.....He's a clown-like character in a drivers suit!

In Ontario, over 0.05 will get your license lifted and your car impounded for 72 hours. In addition, the charge goes on your drivers record so your insurance company is sure to find out. That ain't good. BTW, the "legal" limit is 0.08. Go figure!

Just a bit curious...do you know the real story behind his marital situation? Maybe she shares some blame...I don't know. People in the spotlight don't live lives like most of us.
I can't stand MW anymore than alot of folks, but only the people involved in a relationship know the real stories. Heck, half the US population get divorced these days so I am not sure that's an issue, you know?

Yeah, classic Mikey....Hit him twice while he was strapped into the car. Did the same thing to Rick Mast. I heard something about a little DISCUSSION in the men's room that, shall we say, Leveled out Mikey's karma....
