I'm 30, and I voted for like the concept and dislike the car, but my dislike is fairly mild. There are some things about it I like, and other I might grow to like over time. The current Dallara has grown on me over time, too.

INDYCAR - NOW IZODIER THAN EVER!
my blog ... I'm not a big fat woodchuck, I'm THE big fat woodchuck.
The Delta Wing makes Indycar Racing look even more fringe than it is now.
In order to operate a successful racing venture, you must appeal to the public with chassis aesthetics that are relateable. This is why the general public could really care less about land-speed record racing, or those f1 racing boats.
The Public has a pre-conceived notion of what Indycar racing is- Open Wheeled, front and rear wings, side pods, roll cage; Any dramatic bastardization is only going to confuse/turn off fans.
It makes me so sad that we will probably never have an updated version of a classic lola or reynard run at Indy.
It makes me sad/angry that Indycar racing will not be a part of my life once this delta wing is put into action, It makes me angry that I'm going to have to refer to myself as a F1 or ALMS fan instead of an Indycar fan.
