I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask but how do I post a chart/table?

The easiest way is probably to convert it to a JPEG using something like Photoshop or MS Paint, host it on Photobucket or whatever you use, and post it the same way you'd post a photo. As long as it's a JPEG or similar format and hosted on the web, the Insert Image feature doesn't care if it's a photo or a chart.
