How many cars for the race?

I always enjoy the Indy Lights race on Carb Day. I'm hesitant to ask, but any idea on # of cars? Hopefully it will be north of 20.

That entry list is also dated April 15. I guess we will find out in a few hours how accurate it is.

Adding Arie surely makes it interesting. I am glad that he is in.

Did he step in for Carmen Jorda?

Originally it was supposed to be a second car, but today he's been moved into Jorda's car. None of the TBAs showed, so with removing them and scratching Jorda we're at 16.

With Arie replacing Jorda, that makes 17 cars (20 with 3 TBAs). There were 17 in the first practice session but two drivers shared the Walker #40 car (Herrington & Clarke), so I would bet on 16 for quals.

I saw Jorda there. Why is she out after 3 previous races?

I know nothing about Indy lights. Is it a week to week seat depending on a check?

I also saw a Walker team guy (not the owner) signing autographs. Any idea who that is?

    Thanks

What is the green flag time for the race? I know the race is scheduled for 12:30, but I'm interested in the actual start. I'd like to go home and watch the race during lunch tomorrow, and I don't want to waste time watching the pre-race.

Yes, as are most race series.

Disappointed Carmen Jorda is not competing at Indy, my guess is the team and/or league didn't feel she was ready. The Walker driver is Speedy Dan Clarke.

Bummer about Carmen. I thought I read that Carb Day was her birthday as well.

Should be pretty close to that time... they've got the pit stop competition scheduled for 1:35.

In first test she was faster than the other drivers, just a matter of money
