It looks like (panorama view) one would have to work a bit to tumble the 37' from the Green Monster seats at Fenway Park, but hey, with enough fuel anything is possible.

Re-watching this clown, I think it was much less a fall than his dumb ass hanging over the rail with his friends holding his legs. When he first leans forward, he reaches back with his right hand and grabs the rail. Also, notice how not a single person in the picture looks scared or shocked when they are holding his legs. Probably because they were holding the legs the whole time. I still don't stand why charges have not been brought against this fool.
