    Dodge's Closed Race Tracks Commercial

I saw a Dodge commercial yesterday featuring two SUVs running on a very dilapidated weed filled oval track. The voice-over laments the decline of racing and the closure of historic race tracks. I wish they had used a sportscar instead of SUVs but loved seeing the commercial and the sentiment it voiced.

Does anyone know what track they used?
You can be a critical fan without being a Critic... Or can you? Quit your b'tchn and enjoy the racing :D

    Thanks.
It is a crying shame that it could have been any one of so many old tracks.

That commercial was really cool until I realized it was advertising a Dodge Durango. Strange combination.

Yup. Theres several tracks in NC/SC/GA that were running as recently as this Spring that simply stopped running. No cars, no fans.

The good news is theres no real demand for the land most of the time so they will most likely sit and be re-opened when (if) things pick up again
