    Snack foods

I have recently gotten seriously in to Andy Capps Cheddar Fries.

I also discovered caramel Bugles. Possibly the best snack food (except for potato chips...) ever!

Most brands of jalapeno chips. Miss Vickies was the best until Lays got hold of that company. Kind of partial toward Cape Cod brand these days.

Anybody ever had the UTZ party mix? You can usually pick it up at Sam's Club or Costco? That stuff is addicting!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Golden Russet is my favorite...a whole bag of those slightly browned chips. Yum.

I don't really like them. I grew up with Jay's BBQ chips and I prefer them over Grippos and Husman's.

A bag of Crunchy Cheeto's. Add copious amounts of Tabasco sauce. Shake, not stir. Can't be beat.

Okay, Jay’s, I can understand. Their BBQ chips are sublime. But Grippos are a pretty fair replacement if you’re not in the greater Chicagoland area.

I did this last night!!! Great taste, but soggy! I have not checked the bag this morning, but I assume that they set-up well after the liquid dries?

    Sardines on saltine crackers.

Haven't had them in years, but picked up a tin. Been waiting for it to cool down so I can eat them on the deck, away from the Misses. She's not into this one so figured if I take them outside, it will save her the pain of watching the experience.

Has anyone tried the Lays Dill Pickle flavored potato chips? I was at Sam's Club and they were offering free samples. Surprising how much they tasted like dill pickles.
Officer Mitchell, I thought you said you didn't want to have to come back here this evening.

Yeah, they have "Flaming Hot" Cheetos and Lay's chips, but they're rather lame in terms of spiciness.

I had a few of those...after a handful you just cannot eat more. They are sour and very salty...they made my head pucker! LOL

Costco has Guacamole Tortilla Chips. Going to make it hard to go back to regular tortilla chips.

I like to take Crunchy Cheetos, Small pretzels, Chex Mix and Cashews dump them in my biggest tupperware bowl and munch on them while watching TV when I want something snacky... It's an old combination that goes back to my college days when I was smoking... well you know.

At the movies I buy Milk Duds and M&M peanuts and eat them together... again something that started back when I started making my own Trail Mix.

    Ah... those were high times.

My nutritionist "friends" said that when snacking, putting what is to be consumed into a small bowl is better for cholesterol and avoiding Type II diabetes. Cause, yeah, I'd sit down with thw whole bag.

    Crunchy Cheetos.

There is also a mix you can buy of Cheetos, Doritos, pretzels and Sun Chips that is good as well.

Costco also sells Veggie Straws which are addictive. The good thing is you can eat 38 of them for 130 calories.

I love cashews. Its another thing I like to buy at Costco. I just learned today....

Costco buys up half of the world's supply of the most popular variety (cashews), and every week they sell $300,000 worth of them.
