Bought about a 1lb of chicken breast filets on sale
seasoned with garlic salt and Lowery's
put in crockpot and added
1 can cream of mushroom soup
added about 1/2 can of my homemade yogurt
1 can red enchilada sauce
1/2 jar + of Monroes green chili sauce
some chipolte peppers.. ( never used before, who knows?)
1 whole jalapeno diced....
so when the chicken is nice a done, I will shred and cook some more...
right now the "gravy" is awesome!

Actually, I was thinking enchiladas, and/or soup... the broth is spicy, but smells amazing.. it has a lot of liquid, so I can probably use for both..... I have never used chipolte peppers before.. I will now keep them on hand.. love the slow and low smokey heat... then Bam!
