    The Phoenix Dogleg...

is going to be nothing but trouble tomorrow, really don't like letting drivers run down on the apron. You're going to see a lot of what happened to Elliot Sadler today.

They are actually taking a shortcut. They do that every lap, they run one or two miles less in the race.

Some Guys Cut a Little,,, Some Guys Cut A Lot,,,,

    Aloha All,,,

Not sure about the Doggie Legg's... That's a big transition,,,

Should be fun, maybe the faster cars might not be able to
use the short cut... What about the Midgets, and Sprint Cars,
next year... Leffler is going to take the blame, but like last
week at Texas, Elliot was not guiltless...

Some engineer will lay awake this weekend, waiting for a phone
call, Monday morning... WTF, did I pay you for, WTF happened,,,,
    Yes,,, Yes,,, Tony,,,

Your Grandfather was a friend of Roger Penske,,,

Your Grandfather did business with Roger Penske,,, but

Your Grandfather never trusted Roger Penske,,,

Elliott took the shortcut and pulled up in front of Leffler, then jammed the brakes. Jason is no angel but I can't blame him for the accident. Should be interesting tomorrow.

I saw that shortcut on the aaa series race last night. I like it. Another avenue to get a pass done, and creates some action with the cars. I like the flat surface, makes it interesting. Besides, if someone doesn't want drivers putting cars down there, then they wouldn't have made that part of the track available to drive on.....

Personally, FWIW, I like the old configuration of the track better, but the racing looked pretty good last night.
    it is may

I still can't believe that ISC has destroyed one of the formerly great American racetracks... For the 2nd time.

Oh wait, yes I can believe it, who am I kidding?
