I asked this question in another thread but it was quickly buried, so I am hoping it will get some attention here in the tech and mech area.
Would there be any advantage to running different suspension setups on the inside and outside for the oval races? E.g. longer wheelbase on outside.
According to the linked article, Teams will have choice how they set up their cars as the original or modified suspension bitsI am excited about this because it should make the cars better and faster but most importantly it adds a set of variables to car setup so things will be less spec.can be utilized in any combination front to rear at all the events.
