    Incorrect. NBATV has been in HD on Dish Network for many years now.

    Thanks. I had my guide set the SD version.

    Paul George lit up Dallas tonight.

    Pacers are now 16-6 despite 15 of their 22 games on the road.

    In the last few days the Pacers have won at LA, Chicago and Dallas.

    This team is good.

    Tonight's final score was 98-87.
    Next up, the Orlando/Cincinnat Magic tomorrow night in Indianapolis. The NBA should be highly criticized for scheduling a game on the eve of the Super Bowl.
    The Magic has to fly into Cincinnati, go to their rooms, and then fly to Indianapolis for the game. directly after the game they will fly back to Cincinnati because there are no hotel rooms left in Indy!
    Have a very blessed day!

    Considering their travel and lodging accommodations, I don't think there's any reason to feel bad for them.

    Oh, I don't feel the least bit sorry for them.
    I do, however, think it's ignorant for the NBA to schedule a game in here Saturday night.

    I'm finding myself putting the Pacers games on my mental schedule. I still hate the NBA and can't watch the games start-to-finish but I make sure to check in sporadically to see how we are doing.

    This busy schedule favors a young team...like the Pacers.

    Is it too early to nominate Frank Vogel for Coach of the Year?

    Wanna know what's wrong with NASCAR? They've gone from Junior Johnson to Jimmie Johnson.

    Wanna know what's wrong with IndyCar? It's gone from dirt ovals to street races.

    After four losses in a row, it might be. Hope they can turn it around.

    When I saw this part of the schedule:

    @ATL
    @MEM
    DEN
    MIA

    I thought it would be the first real test for them. But I didn't expect them to get swept. At least the schedule eases starting tonight:

    @CLE
    NJ
    CHA
    NO
    @CHA
    GS
    @NO

    I said the schedule would ease, and I was right. The Cavs were 10-16 going in.

    It's still up to the team to win.

    Are you that stats nerd that TD keeps referring to?

    Just to be clear, I was not saying that you were wrong (not my style). You were indeed right. Only lamenting the
    fact that the losing had continued in spite of decreased degree of difficulty. Happily, the streak is history, thanks to
    the horrible Nets.

    I was actually responding to Ken-Paul, whose response to me could have been read as moderately mocking. But even that didn't upset me, really.

    It's sometimes hard to keep track of who is moderately mocking Ren.

    Might as well bump the Pacers thread. Pretty sure they beat Golden State tonight and are 22-12 for the year.

    The Pacer bandwagon is now reopened again since they've won two in a row.

    Good win for the Pacers. The Sixers are a pretty solid team this season. Collins has them playing hard and playing good D (on most nights). Good balanced scoring, but lacking the one real go-to guy.
