Cancer sucks.
Without Dwight Howard, Orlando isn't a playoff team and probably isn't a .500 team. Indiana should sweep this one.

Gets upon my hors n'oeuvres
Pacers were trailing at the half by seven. Pacers down only one now. Getting some turnovers.
It's a Hoosier thing, you wouldn't understand...
Pacers will likely win this one but if this is the best they've got then they need to shut up about folks not attending.

Can't buy a basket.
Danny Granger is having a NIGHTMARE 4th quarter. Wow.
77 ain't gonna win many games in the NBA.
No Pacer points in over 4 minutes at the end.
Have a very blessed day!
Granger in the last 5 minutes:
0-3 FG
0-2 FT
3 turnovers
Was in Krogers Saturday and some guy was handing out two tickets to game one or game two your choice. I opted for Monday night's game. But after watching some of the worse NBA ball I've ever seen the last 5 minutes last night... I'm gonna have to find something to motivate me to go to the bother Monday Night.
I think I'd rather head down to Bloomington and watch Cody and Christian play HORSE.![]()

Wow. Listen to that Pacer crowd!!!
If the Pacers feed off the energy this one won't be close.
Playing better in the third.
And that's all she wrote. Series tied.
Much better effort tonight. Vogel showed some coaching smarts in the 2nd half.![]()
Okay, this is not to start a controversy. It's a serious question from somebody who hasn't watched much pro b-ball in the past decade.
Did it seem like the Pacers got the benefit of some really inconsistent officiating in the second half? Or was that pretty much what you expect in the NBA? The Magic seemed pretty upset at times, and I couldn't really blame them.
NBA reffing has sucked for decades. It usually sucks in favor or superstars but since the Pacers have none it may have sucked in favor of the home team. That is typically the case at just about any level.
Officiating is very spotty in the NBA. It was interesting that the officials decided to call traveling on Granger Saturday night with 7 seconds to play. He traveled, for sure, but so did just about every player that handled the ball on both sides the entire game.
When you're playing good the calls seem to go your way, at least it seems that way. When you're going bad the calls seem to go the other way.
My first Pacer's game in decades... was tempted to leave at halftime, the play was sloppy but no more than the officiating. Glad I stayed in the end because it got better in the 2nd half... or at least the Pacer's play did.
The Pacers have a good base but are in need of a leader... a go to guy. If the get past the Magic they aren't going any further. During the first half I was thinking a High School game would have been more entertaining. Best move of the night was stopping at the White Castles at W 16th and Illinois on the way home.
BTW what is Boomer suppose to be?
Started strong in game 3.
