That's come up on these pages before and I'd give it a try if it weren't for the fact I've been addicted to La Victoria's Salsa Brava Hot Sauce since I was in college.

My favorite hot sauce. Just the correct amount of heat for me. The chipotle is good as well! Try either on pizza...

What I like about it is that the heat doesn't wash out the flavor to the point that all you taste are the peppers. I like it on Tamale's and Tacos but where it really shines is on top of a Pot Roast.

Sriracha is some great stuff too.

Its in the roasted red pepper hummus I just ate. Yummy stuff. Just might be on my burger tonight too.

I just bought some Cholula about an hour ago; haven't tried it yet. I went from Tabasco to Texas Pete and now I'll try this. To me, everything is better with hot sauce on it. Ham and beans with onions, jalapenos, and a boat load of hot sauce is hard to beat.

I really like Cholula. For chipotle, I like the Tabasco offering. I used to just pour it onto tortilla chips and skip the salsa, back when I would still sit and eat tortilla chips.
