They are looking for a bank robber in the Tampa Bay area and all they've got is that he has a wondering eye. Another guy robbed a convenience store and all they've got is that he wore a custom painted black and silver motorcycle helmet so they are showing pictures of the helmet in hopes that somebody knows who the dude who owns it is.
