I was just reading that a Kingfisher A320 was seen in Charlotte today. That is a very bad sign.

All of the Indian airlines are in sad shape. Kingfisher, Jet Airways, and even Air India are in serious financial turmoil.

A whole bunch of political bs as far as all 3 stories go, but not the forum to be brought up in.

Why is that? An airline Exec flying in to beg for mercy in front of bank execs?

the Force India owner also has the Kingfisher name on a beer...perhaps that is selling better

Seriously, the 2012 Force India car is sporting a charitable foundation (SAHARA) as its main "sponsor"... that can't be good for a F1 team having to pay for Mercedes engines & compete against mega budget efforts like Red Bull, Ferrari, & McLaren!!!

Kingfisher the airline is just the toy of the billionaire. Vijay Mallyahas beverage empire of 150 brands owned by one guy and not a public company. Along with too many other things to list. He is mad wirth the Indian government over taxes and that they will not privatize Air India and he see it as unfair. He is letting Kingfisher Airlines go down on purpose. In the past week 45 planes have been repossesed.
