    Yogurt

Probably not a great suject for we gourmand's but if you like yogurt and you have not tried Chobani brand, pick it up. It is a greek yogurt and really good. A little more expensive. My favorite is the pineapple. My elderly aunt has hit a rough patch health wise, so I am caregving and preapring meals, I just made a fruit cup with the pineapple yogurt, fresh banana and a strawberry.. Might tasty and very high in protein compared to reg Yoplait or Dannon's

I don't eat it everyday, but a few times a month I'll pick up some Oikos. I love the texture...like room temp ice cream.

I buy the non-fat Fage and then add vanilla extract, liquid stevia and my own fruit. Lately I've been adding a couple cuties to it. YUM!!

I'll have to check the label of the Chobani.

My breakfast normally consists of a cup of vanilla yogurt + a spoonful of peanut butter + 1/4 cup of special k vanilla almond granola mixed together. May not sound very tasty, but it rocks imho...

I haven't seen Chobani around these parts. It seems that there are lots of places that are supposed to carry it that don't have it on the shelves.

One of the best things about Fage yogurt is that you can buy a tub of plain and make tzatziki, probably my most favorite condiment in the world.

Maybe I got a bad one (the date was good), but I tried the Chobani strawberrie/bannana and couldn't get past the first spoonfull. I had to toss it I'm sorry to say. Very odd taste.

I must say that I'm pretty well addicted to Oikos honey flavor. It bee good!

I can't bring myself to try Greek yogurt. I'm such a yogurt snob since it took me forever to like the yogurt I do eat. I only like "light" yogurt and am addicted to the Dannon Lite n Fit brand. I like that it's "thin" and not like a heavy cream consistency. I'm just weird that way.
