According to this list one (Nick Andries)

However, even though he was at the Fontana test, I'm not 100% sure he will be in the Freedom 100. I've heard his sponsor deal is actually for the California races (LB and Fontana) and that's why he was at the Fontana test.

Apparently the Younessi/Dempsey deal is still alive. Dempsey just tweeted (with Younessi retweeting) that he is still working with them for Indy.

I'd also remove Horto/Juncos from your confirmed list considering they skipped LB due to funding issues and were not at the Fontana test.

The good news at least from a car count issue is that it appears Jones & Brooks Associates funding issues have been worked out.

I called that one long ago. It was obvious that juncos attention is on star mazda. I think their Lights program is going to be a tough sell.

Seriously for a second...the level of oval experience for the Freedom 100 is scary. And scary in a very bad way.

As weird as it sounds I'd rather see these young guys make their 1st oval start at Indy over one of the high-banked 1.5s. Those things were always a crash fest it seemed like.

Scary would be if these drivers had only three hours to learn the Targa Florio or Mille Miglia and then had to race it like the old days. IMS is as good a place as any to learn to drive on the ovals.
