    For some reason I have an extremely low "quota" for picture size to upload? Says this 48kb pic is 19kb too large, but here's the meme anyway. Surprised no one's come out and just said it:

    The little check box bellow the upload bar, uncheck it. That stores the picture on the server and makes it so that only admins and mods can see it.
