hey youngster

, you may be getting chris and i mixed up... i'm one of the most ovalcentric indycar fans on the forum, but you know that eh?
i'll be more than satisfied with 1 or 2 road/street races. long beach for tradition sake and st. pete for the streets and hmmm say barber and watkins glen for the roadies; that's about it.
then run the short ovals, 1 1/2 milers, and 500 milers at indy, fontana, and michigan...
but, then i must remind you that iics is not wanting the fan that fits my demographic, either. old fart widower with little or no disposable income. so it really doesn't matter. and on these boards i have been called a non-fan too.. wgas?
i'm very satisfied the younger fans like you will do very well in holding the series management to the fire in the years to come.
so in the mean time i can be an old fart geezer that likes watching those openwheeled rockets whizzing past; while enjoying the two-legged eye candy too!
but let me tell ya something kiddo... things were always better in the good ole days! have been for every generation and when you get "old" like me.. betcha say the same thing
so when you gonna organize the Mardi Gras Grand Prix around the streets in the quarter? canal would be a fast straight away!!
