My son has offered me his Ferrari (probably 6-7 years old) as a gift.

What are the pros and cons? Insurance? gas mileage? OK to drive in Ohio winters? Possible to damage mufflers in my driveway?

I know nothing about the possible gift, such as model, condition. actually i am not aware that he had such a car. i'll try to get more specifics when he is back in town.
If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away.

Well, the Ferrari showed up at the front door today. Beautiful Ferrari red, imaculate paint and carbon fiber trim.

Unfortunately it did not come from Italy. If you would like to have one like it just Google:

So Lou, did it at least come with spares? I heard all Ferraris go thru parts and are maintenance intensive.
Congratulations to RHR, & all the winning drivers & teams in the fantastic 2012 season. Looking forward to 2013!

No need for spares, I would just buy a new one.
