    1961 Yearbook

    Just discovered in my old junk, the hardcover yearbook with the cover signed by Joe Henning, the artist who made the painting:



    I picked up the original painting at the Indy swap meet a few years back and it is now on the wall of my office:



    Time to donate it to a museum...

    Those are very nice pieces. My yearbook is dog earred, worn and definitely not signed by A.J.
    I'll see YOU at the races!

    Ooops, of course it is!
    My SOFT COVER Indy yearbook is the one signed by Henning... silly me, I had A.J. signing the book at the same time I asked him to sign my old vintage tinplate toys of his 1961 car...
