Actually, I am glad to see Paul going to be driving for fun, something he hasn't done since the refornimifaction. Watching him at the Daytona 24 hour kinda solidified it for me that he doesn't need to be in IndyCar, he still wants to, but he will have a lot of fun driving twisties with a roof over his head. He deserves to have fun again in racing.

I have always thought that he deserved a full season in the post unification era, but it really does look like his Indy car career is over.
I hope he stomps around Gasoline Alley just in case, but if anything comes up it is likely to be in a wrecked car or some other dog which won't go over 210 with a stiff breeze.
I'm looking forward to whatever formula Paul decides to race in. A racer who actually took the time to interact with his fans on here and answer tough questions. We need 33 just like him in the Indy 500. Ernest

I saw the APR racing team heading to NJMSP yesterday afternoon and I passed the GA fan experience trailer heading north today. I'm hoping to catch up with PT at the race sunday.
I predict he will make a qualification attempt at the Indy 500 this year.

He's been good the times he's run these cars, and it would be a completely fresh start for him. It might be exactly what he needs.
