    CamKing, what mistake did Judd make in these engines that puts them so far behind in hp?
    All rides are bought. But occasionally the currency is talent.

    I don't know what the issue is. I do know that money has been an issue since day 1.
    It could be something they've already identified, but if Lotus won't pay for the fix, they may be just trying to bandaid it.
    It could be a simple problem with the valvetrain, that would maybe require new finger followers made, and new cams.
    It may also be something that would require new cylinder heads cast. If Lotus isn't going to pay to have the new parts made, and the couple of weeks of testing they'd require, Judd sure as heck isn't. With the new rules, they can't charge the teams for the required improvements.
