Once again I am grateful for these kind of threads because I keep forgetting to miss what's her name. I'm just glad we finally have a Racer instead of a Poser in the Go-Daddy car.
"Ride The Barrel & Get Pitted... So Pitted."
Sorta pisses me off that if Danica is brought up in a positive light,I get scolded and the thread gets moved....but if people are crapping on her, it okay to keep it here......

I'm a big Hinch fan! Let me know when he has had a career at Indy like hers! (or when he gets a win for that matter). Again, I like him alot, I've got nothing against him, but why can't people like both? Why all the divisiveness and hate? To not her fault how she is covered?
Well we don't miss her. from someone who's only win came on a fuel mileage race due to the lead running out on an oval other than Indy 2005 she didn't make an impact to the ratings and interest really indycar badly needed her for right or for wrong reasons, indy car badly needed general media coverage. her results in the later years proved she wasn't the real deal and couldn't cut it on road / street tracks. I wonder how longer her NASCAR career will last. I generally feel sorry for guys like Hornish who have talent.
And so we came to Road America where we burned up at the lake, but at the speedway of Nazareth I made no mistake
A lot of these threads remind me of a pity party with everyone telling the dumped "you're better off without him/her". YMMV.
No man can cause more grief than that one clinging blindly to the vices of his ancestors. - William Faulker
I confess as to being confused by the whole "She'll eventually be back" thinking. Uh, why would she? If someone will pay her $$$$ to be a mid-packer in Cup, and some one will, why wouldn't she? Plus, I'm now convinced she truly does love NASCAR over IndyCar. She's an awful road racer, so NASCAR suits her well. She's home.
Either way, so what? I never liked the whole "Danica must save us" thinking b/c one driver cannot do this.
