    TV Advertising Support

I noticed during the Milwaukee ABC broadcast that most of the commercials were for Honda, Verizon, GoDaddy, and Kimball's diabetes treatment. Also there were a few ads for IZOD/Van Heusen, but I don't recall any for Target or General Motors. Firestone ads appear to be long gone.
I don't receive NBCS and am wondering, is there the same mix of advertisers on their programming?
Honda seems to be IICS' best friend, with heavy broadcast advertising and sponsoring 3 races, plus a 4th by the Canadian dealers. On the other hand I'm surprised GM isn't doing more. They did have some ads during the 500.
Anybody have more insight as to what's going on?

There were 3-4 Chevy (for the Corvette) & Firestone ads during the rain delay portion of the broadcast. They got most of their ads out of the way then so there weren't a ton during the actual telecast.

NBCS has the same core sponsors but there's some other ads for sponsors like Budweiser, Miller Lite, and some other auto-related sponsors.
