Finally got some hard rain, at least here on the NE side. I was driving on 465, it had been so long since we've had rain, you could see the water washing the oil away, looked like detergent.

The temp dropped fast in the Ripple. I got home just before the (light) hail hit.
Another good thunderstorm just rolled through around 4:30-5:00AM. Unfortunately, it looks like areas south of Indy still didn't get anything.
We got about 2 minutes worth of rain at my place on the SE side.
Not a drop in Terre Haute...106 the last two days. It's supposed to be "cooler" today - 102. Happy for those that did get some relief though...

Just a few sprinkles on Indy's westside. It "only" reached 103 degrees Friday.
It must have rained a bit overnight as there was some dampness on my deck. (at least that's what I remember dampness looking like)![]()
Have a very blessed day!
Over an inch in Fishers from 8AM Friday to 8AM Saturday:

Two pretty large storms hit the Fishers area in a span of 13 hours yesterday afternoon and into the middle of the night. The storm that hit in the afternoon knocked down a sizable tree in my front yard. Luckily the tree landed in the yard without hitting anything. There was a car to the left of it and the house was directly behind it.
If I were Ed Carpenter and you were a lady...
More rain (a little more scattered this time) training right over the same areas just north of Indy. I actually feel a little bad for our neighbors just to the south. Not that we can do anything about it.
...although I did start praying for rain earlier in the week.![]()
