They gave us two great series to watch and we chose neither. If there was ay trampling going on it was the supposed "fans" who desereted their own sport.

Sucky fans is what hurt Indycars more than anything else. If they had just supported both series for even a little bit the whole thing would have probably worked out. Instead, it was bad mouthingm hatred and boycotts.

Way to go, "fans."

Sucky fans, that is.

The sport would be better off without those supposed "fans" who can't enthusiastically suport what we have now.

I can't believe it took me this long to find out about this. This REALLY sucks. LPBF is a standup guy if there ever was one. We need more of him and less of the trolls that drove him off.

I can understand where LPBF is coming from. I left becuase of the drama and getting wrapped up in the drama that I lost focus on what is important: the support of the series. Do I like everything they are doing? HELL NO but I still support it. If I liked everything they were doing then it would tell me that I am giving up what I would like to see and hope to see come to the series and somethings that I might not even think of.

Those who come here and b*tch constantly about lack of ovals, too many foriegners, too low of ratings, bad TV contract, lies from series officials (aero kits), flying cars, ovals suck, etc do nothing to better the sport and the environment around here.

LPBF, I hope you will step away for only a short period of time and come back to this place when it is nicer.

I'm not calling out TF management here, but maybe there needs to be some better policing and more flexing of moderator muscle when things degrade to the point of chasing good people away.

The way I look at it, participation on this forum is voluntary. If someone chooses to leave, I am thankful for their posts and respect their decision.

While they have a tough job, the enforcement of the rules and growth of the negativity has grown to a point that this is no longer enjoyable to participate. We have seen so many quality posters run off in the recent past and LPBF is a huge blow. What ever the reason is that the Mods do not seem to want to step in and "control" those that have been the demise of TF is something that they must deal with, but TF has changed and it is definately NOT for the better.

What ever the reason is that the Mods do not seem to want to step in and "control" those that have been the demise of TF is something that they must deal with, but TF has changed and it is definately NOT for the better.

Track Forum has become so huge that they probably don't have the man power, but they have definately gotten rid of a few undesirables lately.

I can't see LPBF being gone forever. I'm sure he's just angry and taking some time to cool off............or at least that's what I hope he is doing. Maybe a month from now we can all bomb his PM box with messages telling him to get back here.

The internet is just a mean place. As much as you might think the model airplane forums would offer no opportunity for people to fight, that place can be a blood bath sometimes.
