My parents in Lawrence got rain overnight.

We got about 15 minutes of rain this afternoon in Fishers, forcing my boy's birthday party inside. We didn't mind though.

I had about an inch and a half of rain at my place overnight! That's triple what we've had since May 1!
    It's a beginning.
    Have a very blessed day!

1-inch-plus in a very wide area from Sat. morning to Sun. morning. Sadly, the area between Bloomington and Terre Haute completely missed out yet again.

That one around 6 this morning sure woke me up, but that is one of the things that I will gladly wake up for.
On the flip side, I feel so bad for those who are still dry, as Ren indicated above.

We got a couple of really spotty showers yesterday and a huge storm with lots of rain this morning around 6:00.

A late start... not sure if it's enough to satisfy Mom.

Another 2" in my rain gauge. I may have to mow the lawn before summer is over.

Me too... first guilt free sleep in two months last night. Meanwhile I got chased home by a big one during my morning ride today.

Come on down our pools are overflowing!

I know what you mean. Mine has not seen a mower since the 1st week of June.

Have had 2 BIG storms the last 3 days. I night get some decent tomatoes yet!

I mowed a little over a week ago. Parts of the yard that get some shade were lush and green. Other parts were thin and a bit dusty.

Another good rain shower moved through an hour ago.

I wish it would stop raining so much.

Hamilton County (IN) has lifted its burn ban.

It seems several counties are dragging their feet in lifting the burn bans.

It's amazing how quick the grass greens up after a few inches of rain.
I'll probably have to cut it later this week.
