    As of now, who has the most "Fastest Laps"?

    Some no name rookie from Tennessee does with three strangely all three were the three races outside the US...
    Also, Helio's two wins have come on the two tracks with an airport runway...

    sadly fastest laps don't count for anything

    Fastest lap during an event does count for effort for sure...that's what you want to see from a rookie driver!
