In an attempt to make me lighter, more healthy and to keep me around for as long as possible, Mrs. Numb has dictated I am to prepare the following breakfast everyday:
handful of ice
1 cup 2% milk
2 scoops whey protein
i tablespoon natural peanut butter
i banana
1 or 2 dashes of Splenda
Blend.
Drink.
So far---tasty & effective
