    Breakfast Smoothies

    In an attempt to make me lighter, more healthy and to keep me around for as long as possible, Mrs. Numb has dictated I am to prepare the following breakfast everyday:

    handful of ice
    1 cup 2% milk
    2 scoops whey protein
    i tablespoon natural peanut butter
    i banana
    1 or 2 dashes of Splenda

    Blend.
    Drink.

    So far---tasty & effective

    Well I can see why she'd want to make you lighter, but I'm not buying the other two.

    I've been making breakfast smoothies recently as well. Mine consist of ice cubes, vanilla yogurt, orange juice, and whatever fruits I have at the time. Banana/mango/strawberry has probably been the best one. Also blueberry/banana/strawberry. Sometimes I throw in vanilla whey protien but too much can ruin the smoothy's taste IMO.
