    IndyCar Street Demos

So a good bit of the F1 teams do a couple of street demos a year. They usually happen in drivers' home towns, cities about to host a race, or thinking about holding a race. HVM did one in Baltimore last year, but IndyCar needs more of these. Places we could have are:
Boca Raton, Florida- RHR hometown/ get people interested in possible Ft. Lauderdale Street Circuit
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida- Gauge interest/get people interested in street circuit
New Albany, Ohio- Rahal hometown/ get people interested in Mid-Ohio
    Camarillo, California- Kimball hometown
    Sausalito, California- Hildebrand hometown
Hendersonville or Nashville, Tennessee- Newgarden hometown/ talk of Nashville street circuit at one time (I DESIGNED ONE BTW)
Salvador, Brazil- Kanaan hometown/ get people interested in Sao Paulo. Do it a couple of days before the race. The cars are going to be down there anyways.
Quebec City, Canada- Gauge interest/ get people interested in possible street circuit
Minneapolis, Minnesota- Headquarters of Target Corp.
Plano, Texas- Headquarters of Dr. Pepper Snapple Group/ Get interest in Texas Speedway race and other races in Texas.
Houston, Texas- It's been a couple of years since there was a race there, get people interested with noise.

With these they could have a small parking lot or part of the street block off afterwards and give away t-shirts, tickets to the race, have the driver sign autographs, local radio stations that later give away tickets, have the car that people can see and kids can sit in.
IndyCar needs a road show trailer. One that is just for these events and has IndyCar simulators in it, and has panels with some history of the sport, info on the race they are marketing that weekend, and races later in the year. Make it that every full time car and driver has to do at least 2 road shows a year.
