    The Denver Peytons

Are scrimmaging saturday at Sports Authority field (Mile High) and they expect over 20,000 will be there.

Indianapolis Manning fans, get on a plane.

Good Luck with that when a bus ticket to Anderson is so much cheaper.

What has their attendance been for previous scrimmages at the NFL stadium?

BTW is there anybody in Denver who refers to the stadium by it's new name? It will always be Mile High to me and I haven't been in it since 1978... Or lived there.

You know they knocked that one down, right?

This is something something something at Mile High Park, or something.

This year's flavor is "Sports Authority Field at Mile High".

Same as last year. This is year two of a 25-year agreement.

Well, at least it'll be named the same for a while... The worst part of these corporate name deals is when the same place is called something different every year or two. Esp. if it was at one time named in honor of somebody.

When something is named in honor of somebody, it oughta stay that way. Checks be dammed.

I guess I missed that... nobody raised my Restaurant tax to build it so I guess it slipped past me... like I said, I hadn't been back since `78.

Colts fan here, not a Manning fan. I hope he does well, but I bleed blue.

The excitement level is high here, but the predictions of super bowl might be a bit premature. Will be fun to watch. Attendence won't change as Bronco home games have been sell-outs since the 1970's.

Colts fan, and a huge PM fan... I hope the Broncos win every game they play when they're not playing the Colts.

How's Enron field doing? For that matter, any number of companies that have had stadium sponsorships have gone bankrupt so it's not like that 25 years is a sure thing.

10-1 that Sports Authority doesn't even exist in 25 years.

Yep. I might go to a Broncos game or two that doesn't conflict with the Colts, but I don't buy any Broncos gear.

When I was in the Air Force stationed in Cheyenne I had one of those Orange Crush t-shirts, but mostly because I like Orange Crush and well we hadn't stolen the Colts from Baltimore yet.

Plus it was nice to buy something NFL related that the NFL didn't make a nickel from... Probably the reason you don't see as many of them as you use to.

Packers filled their 70k stadium for a pre-season scrimmage. Cheese heads !!!

And yes, I will be rooting for Peyton and the Bronco's to do well. There was no way (yes NONE) that PM was coming back so we must move on and accept his greatness elsewhere.

The Bucs had a scrimmage last night in Raymond J and it appears that Josh Freeman might have found himself a new favorite target in this little tight end they picked up during the off season #44... Maybe you've heard of him, Dallas something.

Anyways Josh found him in the back corner of the endzone for a touchdown and then a couple times just when the offense needed a first down. Doesn't look like your typical NFL Tight End but I think there's some promise there.

Yeah, he appears to have some ability. Hopefully the Bucs get off to a good start. I've heard that guy tends to check-out mentally when the team is not doing so well.
