I know alot of times something that happens on Wednesday or Thursday will put a team behind all week
Kinser was way down on power all week, hard to believe he and Donny use similar engines. Sammy looked good on his prelim night, made a great save after getting pushed into the marbles, only to drop out of the A main early with a U joint failure. Lasoski gambled on the new format, giving up his points to try again on Friday night and ended up in the C on Saturday when he would have been in the B. Good showings by some young guns, locals and travelers. Great runs by part timers like Larson, Meyers and Paulus.

All in all another great week in central Iowa. They did a good job saving Wednesday nights program after some pretty good rain and Thursday went off without a hitch in some COOL weather which made a lot of visitors happy.

Good crowd, up from last year. Active midway with some sponsor activation going on, and lots of fans carrying bags.

Great racing, good eats and more sprint car related things to do and see than you can take in.

    If you have never been . . . . . . wthaywf?
