    Who is the paver for IMS? Whoever it is, they need to go. It's Unacceptable that the surface on the infield seems ill suited for bikes, and the cheese grater oval portion is probably worse. From say one, it was unsuitable so it had to be ground level, and the surface that remained was so bad it resulted in two ruined races.
