Bruno is a modest, patient, race intelligent, talented driver and it wouldn't surprise me a bit if he came across the checkers with a top 5 finish. I wish the team the best this weekend!
This may sound dumb, but Bruno was at the racetrack this weekend. Pantano lives in Italy. He would have to pay to fly, or SFHR would have to buy him a ticket. In addition, again I know this sounds odd, but they need the car to come home in one piece. I think it will be easier to tell Bruno to take it easy than it would Pantano (who wants a full time ride) and have him listen.
Wanker!
junqueira is a good choice, a street course master, I hope he and SFHR do well.
as for indycar and racing in general in taiwan, I never saw much awareness there, but maybe I was around the wrong people? Isn't there one complete and one half finished race track for 27 million people? so on that front, the US is way ahead.
Junquiera is a good choice by SFHR. He's a good driver and he will get everything out of the car. Ashame he's not full time anymore.
I was kinda hoping they would put Zoe in the car ....
Best wishes to Joseph for a speedy recovery!

I am thinking this will be similar to when PCM in 2007 in their first year in CCWS with the new DP01 with 2 rookie drivers had Mario Dominguez sub for Daziel who got injured. His years of setup knowledge and driving experience pushed the team foward and they couldn't stop raving about what a benefit Mario D was. It culminated with Dominguez finishing 3rd in the final CC race at Long Beach.
It's certainly possible. Junky's been around the block a time or two with good teams. Might give the team some good data.
Winky is going to have his work cut out for him this weekend. The heat alone will make it a challenge.
Ok I'm gonna shut up now![]()
