You dont file lawsuits against people without there being a problem. And feel free to ask SeaBass about how he was treated at STR.

How about his qualifying performance at Monza (4th), and his car would not leave the grid at the start. Same race Vettel won. What might have been? You cannot possibly tell me those arent the 1 or 2 flashes you/they are looking for. It aint happening. Buemi, Alguersuari, Vergne, Riccardo did/have not topped that potential. Only Vettel. But I forgot, at RB if you arent Vettel you're set to be fired. And the same logic absolutely lines up. And "because of his age they werent willing to wait", huh? Age didnt stop STR from dumping a 21yr old Alguersuari or a 22yr old Buemi.
Positions are not just the issue you need to gap your team mate, both time he didn't in Monza he still trailed Vettel in qualifying and in the race and in spa he qualifed one position ahead, in the end of the day he didn't finish the race with a good position and thats the only thing that mattered, especially when his team mate at that point had banked several.

The RBR chassis was a noted good performer in the rain in 2007 and 2008(look at the record nearly every time they where in contention for a podium), look at Monza qualifying Vettel and Webber with the same chassis out qualified him, not exactly the special noted performance it sounds when two drivers with the same chassis outqualifed him.

After 2008 they banned Customer chassis which meant STR had to be separate from RBR so thats why the performance dropped massively from then onwards.

I was asking for some kind of news report from a reliable source, since the implication was that it was factual. Now I'm not saying there isn't some substance your point, but now you have to prove it. As to your post above, I don't know how anyone can go from "lawsuit" to STR were sabotaging his car in order to get him fired. That's a leap in logic.

The Lawsuit is a common thing nowdays, someone gets sacked too early driver seeks compension, but Bourdais never left on his own accord so the suit it self shows nothing in the way of unfair treatment rather unfair dismissal if anything.
