LES RICHTER: Chairman of IROC. Mr. Richter is a former president of Riverside International Raceway in California and a veteran motorsports executive. Mr. Richter has been active in auto racing since 1962 as a promoter of major racing events in the U.S. He is a former professional football player with the Los Angeles Rams. Richter is a former Vice President of NASCAR.
JAY SIGNORE: President and General Manager of IROC. Signore is a former General Manager of Penske Racing in Reading, Pa. Mr. Signore oversees the development, production and testing of the 24 race cars used in IROC. Signore supervises a crew of 25 mechanics, fabricators and shop workers in the IROC corporate headquarters and race shop in Tinton Falls, N.J. Signore, a former racing driver, has been associated with racing management for most of his life.
PENSKE RACING, INC.: Penske Racing, Inc. is a partner in the IROC racing organization. The Penske Racing Team is one of America's foremost racing operations, and over the past 23 years, Penske-prepared cars have won major races and championships in international road racing, USAC, SCCA, NASCAR and CART events. Penske Racing has won the Indianapolis 500 a record ten times and ten national championships.
