Race been going 2 hours and SOB's only half done...took son to his first NASCAR race...have drank 17 gallons of water...still don't have the urge to take a leak...where's it going?...oh yeah, I see, I look like I could be in wet t-shirt contest...have put on a few pounds - I could win...sunscreen no working no more...never seen such bright shade of red...No Mas! No Mas!...go home now...yeah, right Tinpusher go home.

It's a perception thing, TP. My wife and oldest boy each remarked how long it took the cars to get around the track. Too used to 220mph, I guess. Maybe you just think it's hot. Tell that to the medic who comes around to your stretcher!

I love the Brickyard. The 500 seems to get over too fast. The 500 is still king to me but I wish I'd been able to make this years 400. I've been to three of them but none for a few years.
On T.V. it was a very good race.
